The Blade Cushion is Now Always On for 24H Motor Graders

Description of Change: The electrical harness and the hydraulic lines have been removed from the
24H Motor Grader for the blade cushion. This change will not allow the blade cushion to turn off.
The blade cushion will always be on.

Adaptable To: The change is effective with the 24H Motor Graders (S/N: 7KK1-94).
