CANCER CAN NOT BE TREATED WITH SODIUM BICARBONATE.

Evidence against the theory of Tulio Simoncini, obtained as a result of the research of CENTER
TRIALS & TREATMENT Inc.

The theory of Tulio Simoncini is based on the increased acidity of the body in cancer patients. Acidic
medium is a favorable reproduction of pathological bacteria, fungi, viruses.
Simoncini argues that il cancro and un fungo, and is caused by Candida albicans.
According to Simoncini, oncology can be treated with injections of sodium bicarbonate.

A Team of CENTER TRIALS & TREATMENT Inc. scientists conducted a series of experiments and
documented the fallacy of this theory.

For many years it has been thought that tumor processes have a more acidic intracellular pH (pHe) than
normal tissues. However, a series of pH measurements using 31P-nuclear magnetic resonance
spectroscopy of 31P- MNR made it possible to see other results.

The pH values of various tumor cells obtained with the help of MRS (pH NMP) practically do not differ
from the pH values of normal tissues.
The data obtained mainly correspond to intracellular pH and suggest that cells can maintain their
internal (cytosolic) pH at a relatively constant level or at least above the extracellular level.

The intracellular pH (pHe) is neutral or slightly alkaline. This is most likely due to the fact that tumor cells
besides intracellular buffer systems have effective mechanisms for delivering protons to the extracellular
space.

(there is an instant export of lactate anions, which is accompanied by the movement of H + particles) and
the exit of proton acceptors (for example, HCO3) into the intracellular compartment.

Subsequent incomplete removal of protons from the extracellular matrix in areas of low blood flow can
lead to extracellular acidosis, which is often shown in many solid tumors by electrode measurements.

Acid pH values were recorded only in large, poorly oxygenated, energy and nutrient depleted tumors
(for example, in a mouse tumor FSall, where the tumor volume exceeded 1.5% of body weight).

Also in solid tumors, the pH was measured by the positron emission tomography (PET) method using
DMSO.

Approximately the same pH, normal and tumor tissues and unchanged within 7.0 - 7.3, indicates that the pH

of all human tissues is carefully regulated by the body.

The extracellular pH in tumors is, on average, 0.3-0.4 lower.

In soft tissue sarcomas the pH is 0.45 lower than in the identical normal tissue in the same patient -
(data from 19 patients).
In mammary tumors, the difference is approximately 0.35 pH - (data of 64 patients).
The pH in brain tumors (glioblastoma) is about 0.2 pH lower than in normal brain tissue - (data from 72 patients).

As a rule, in solid human tumors, the pH value is on average 0.4 higher than the pH, which is similar to the gradient
obtained in experimental tumors (ArH = 0.2-0.6 pH).

It can be concluded that the pH gradient in normal tissues is "reverse", ie, pH / is somewhat lower than pHe. This dif
ference can be used in the treatment of cancer patients, because weakly acid preparations (for example, 5-FU, fluoro
uracil, melphalan, mitomycin) under these conditions can accumulate in tumor cells in significant amounts, changing
the pH of the intracellular matrix tumor.
This may be one of the proofs of the erroneous theory of Tulio Simoncini and testify to the extremely low effectivene
ss of treatment of cancer with sodium bicarbonate in any form.
