玛丽饼蒸蛋糕 Marie Biscuit Steamed Cake

{材料}/{Ingredient}
牛油 150 克(软化)/ 150 g butter (softened)
幼糖 120 克 / 120 g caster sugar
蛋 3 粒 / 3 eggs
原味玛丽饼 150 克(打成粉状)/ 150 grams Marie Biscuit (make into as powder)
发粉 5 克 / Baking powder 5 grams 
可可粉 1/4 茶匙 / 1/4 tsp Cocoa powder
 
{做法}
 1)将牛油和糖打至松发。
2)逐粒加入蛋搅拌均匀,再拌入玛丽饼粉,混匀成面糊。
3)把面糊分成 3 份,一份加入可可粉(随喜,多点巧克力味道就较浓)搅匀。
4)在烤盘周边及底部扫上一层牛油。
5)将一份原色的面糊倒入烤盆里,抹平。
6)放入已经蒸热的锅中,蒸 15 分钟,取出,用竹签在已蒸热的蛋糕上叉几个洞。
7)再铺上一份可可面糊,抹平,再蒸 15 分钟,取出。
8)最后将剩下的那一份原色面糊铺上,抹平,蒸 15 分钟。
9)取出来,稍微冷却后就可以切片,放入口内啦!
 
{Method}
1) Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
2) Add in the egg one by one, then mix in Marie Biscuit powder, and mix into batter.
3) Devided the  batter into 3 parts, one with cocoa powder (rejoice in, more on the darker
chocolate flavor)
    and stir well.
4) Sweep the pan with a layer of butter on the bottom and side.
5) Then pour the batter[original color] into a baking bowl, smooth.
6) Put into the hot pot which already steaming , and steam for 15 minutes, take out ,
    make few small holes on the surface with stick
7) Then covered with a cocoa batter, smoothing, and then steam for 15 minutes, take out.
8) Finally, covered with athe remaining batter primary color [original color], smooth,
    and steam for 15 minutes.
9) Taken out, after a little cooling can be sliced, and serve.
