1.0 OBJECTIVE:
To frame a procedure of ESH in liquid injectable area during operation.

2.0 SCOPE:
This SOP applicable to liquid injectable area during operation.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
Operator, Department Incharge, EHS Member

4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY:
Head of Department

5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Fix and maintain loose, improper connections, electrical outlets, switches, extension cords and
cracked wire.
5.2 Fire extinguisher must be place to avoid combustion due to steam or fire.
5.3 Collector box and brush must be present separately to avoid cutaneous injury due to
broken glass and glass particles.
5.4 Separate wiper must be present to avoid water stagnation.
5.5 Personals should wear safety goggles during filling and molding operations.
5.6 Designated person for fumigation should wear the chemical cartridge or respirator.
5.7 Humidity must be controlled.
5.8 Area must be cleaned as per SOP.
5.9 Tool box must present with all necessary tools.
5.10 First aid box must be present.
