What is meant by learning experience in Education? Explain any four principles for the
selection of learning experience for the attainment of a given objective.

Solution:

Learning experience: learning experience deal with any type of interaction, course and
program or any things else which deal with the experience in which learning must be take
place. It may be traditional or non-traditional. Traditional education is done with the help of
teacher and non-traditional with the help of games and some other activities or software
applications. It is also defined as, it may be a planned experienced which may be help in
various situations, where student can participate, interact and as a result environment of the
classroom and attitude or behaviour of the students also changes.

Four principles:

There are many people, who think that teaching field is so much easy. But they are wrong.
The reason is that this field required a critical thinking and a lot of many other thinks such as
teaching method and selection of content etc. so teaching is a complex field. Now we will see
some basic principles of learning experience for the attainment of a given objective.

Validity: The validity of content is very important. The students always wanted to read and
learn these questions which are important for them according to examination. So there is need
to select only important content to teach the students and save their time to get a wonderful
result. This is only done with the help of experience.

Varity:

Without teaching experience teachers does not know that every student keeps a unique filter
and they learn in different ways. We see that learns are different and they learn with different
ways. So there is a need to provide them equal chance to every student to learn or understand
equal. This is only done with the help of experience and different methods of teachings.
Teachers must have this technique to solve their problem and to get better results.

Suitability: In the learning process age different is plays an important role to learn many
things. So teacher must have the ability to teach the students under such type of situation to
get the organization goal.
Relevance to Life: learning is a part of social life. So learning experience must be close to
the real life situation in school and in the society so that learns understand the society. It is
also notice that experience will bring realism to teaching and learning.

Briefly describe the role of teachers and policy makers in the development of
curriculum.

• Role of teachers:

Teacher plays an important role to development of curriculum. Teacher knows the needs not
only the students but also the need of the stakeholders. Teacher also understands the student
mental level as well as their psychology. Teacher not only knows the methods of teaching but
also know teaching strategies. Teacher also plays an important role in the assessment of
learning outcomes. So it is see that teachers must possess many qualities such as planner,
designer, manager, researcher, decision maker and administrator. In this way teacher play a
vital role for each step of curriculum development process. Teacher education not only
provides a platform to the students but teachers knowledge and experiences also increase.
The teachers involve to development curriculum and in this way the need of society also
achieve. So as a result we see that teacher makes the nation.

Role of policy makers:

These days polices are under control in hand of government. Therefore it is very key to select
a right man in education department to bring the change in the country i.e. the policy makers
must be a responsible. With the help of policymakers we can change education system on the
basis of their decisions. The role of policy makers also includes the monitoring of school size,
class size, school choice, teacher education, student attitude, teaching method and other
activities such as games etc. policy makers should consider many more then need in the
modern age of life. They also think about the change old technology and bring out the new
technology. There is also need to update the parents in the modern age to bring better results
and policy makers do this practise again and again to get their desire goal.

Conclusion:
To attain a better result curriculum must be free from criticism and so simple that must be
accepted by the teachers. Curriculum must be able to change the society as a whole.
