The following is an outline as the responsibilities and practice Giant Tiger expects from
our suppliers:

Ethical Responsibility

1. No forced, bonded or prison labor may be used

2. Child labor may not be used
3. No inhumane treatment is allowed , including physical abuse
4. A safe workplace environment is to be maintained at all times
5. Comply with all applicable product safety laws and regulations

Ethical Business Practice

1. Offers, gifts ,or payments to our employees, or any individual representing our
company is strictly forbidden
2. Respect Giant Tiger’s confidential information
