SUBJECT: OLP ON THE ROAD IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

1. REFERENCE

A. BFP MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NUMBER 2020-027

2. SITUATION

The Municipality of Kabuntalan is composed of Mother Kabuntalan and

Northern Kabuntalan in which the latter clustered municipality is directly
not accessible by road coming from Mother Kabuntalan, due to incomplete
construction of the bridge, alternatively it can only be accessed directly via
small boat. Uncommon travel to the said clustered municipality is via
Cotabato-Midsayap Road or Datu Piang Road which is far-flung and
expensive, not to mention that once in the said different road alternatives,
only limited number of barangays can be reach due to incomplete road
access. Further, Kabuntalan Fire Station is located at the Mother
Kabuntalan and has 17 Barangays in its AOR. Thus, out of the 17
barangays 8 barangays were identified as most hazardous and fire prone.
Furthermore, the barangays were clustered based on their proximity of its
neighboring barangay for efficient conduct of OLP on the road.

4. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS

Likewise, linkages shall be established to the LGU of Kabuntalan.
