capabilities to manage GRC in an easy-to-use and intuitive environment

delivers business value brings a contextual understanding of GRC to enable
an organization to reliably achieve objectives while addressing uncertainty and
acting with integrity.

VComply was founded in 2019 with a focus to deliver a SaaS Cloud GRC
solution that is highly configurable and adaptable to a range of industries with a
particular focus in the mid-market. It enables organizations with out-of-the-box
GRC applications that possess the ability to configure them to the exact needs
of an organization with zero codings and zero infrastructure.

The company is backed by Accel Partners (Some of the portfolio companies


include Facebook, Slack, Bookmyshow, Atlassian, etc. ) and Counterpart
Ventures (early investors of Zoom).

We are headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Our team is distributed


between US & India, where we harbor a culture of continuous learning and

Description of role and PRODUCT MANAGEMENT


expectations ● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill
(for each role) product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve
customer experience and drive growth
● Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external
partners
● Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
● Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
● Be the expert on competition. Follow and analyze market trends to
position the product and identify new required capabilities.

● Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market
and optimal resources
● Drive product launches including working with public relations team,
executives, and other product management team members
● Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with
product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
● Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
● Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on
company products and services

Salary Fixed Component:


0-18 months work experience: 15 Lac
Above 18 months: 20 Lac
Variable component: 10-15% of Fixed component
