HOW TO CREATE A SUCCESSFUL, NO-

STRESS SENSORY DIET FOR KIDS

WORKBOOK

PRE- WORKSHOP SETUP

This workbook is designed to help you stay on track during the LIVE workshop. Take notes here so you
don’t miss a thing and can get the absolute most out of our time together, and start seeing results in
your home as soon as possible.

Research has shown that by writing things down after hearing them, a person is more likely to
remember those ideas. That is what we want for you!

Just a couple reminders before the workshop begins, and to get the absolute most out of our time
together please do the following:

1. Create a quiet spot in your home, one free of distractions, give yourself permission to be
uninterrupted during the hour we are together.
2. Put your phone on vibrate, turn off the TV, music, and all other internet applications. Focus
solely on this and you’ll walk away glad you did.
3. Close all other windows on your computer and sit next to the router to get the fastest internet
connection possible. Live streaming can be glitchy if other programs are running or the internet
connection is slow.
4. Enjoy!
