Faisalabad in October, 2019. Apart from this I have been working since January

Sr.HR Officer in HR Department from May 2009 to Oct 2019. Before that I was
working in Kamalia Sugar Mills (Pvt) Ltd, Kamalia, as Assistant Accountant
in Finance from May 2007 to Apr 2008.

Currently I am working in Aziz Fatima Hospital Faisalabad (Under the


Patronage of Sitara Group of Industries) as Assistant Manager HR &
Admin. It is very established name in the market with long history. Here I am
responsible to look after the activities of Recruitment and Selection along with
Training & Development. I have always tried to ensure that modern organizational
practices are followed in the HR operations so that my employer can compete with
other old fashioned practices.

Major responsibilities are:

✓ Recruitment, Selection & Documentation:

• Recruitment & Selection through Data Bank, Internal Referrals, Walk-in Interviews,
Advertisement in Newspaper and job search junctions like LinkedIn etc.
• Interviews of shortlisted candidates with HOD and maintain Tracking database.
• To ensure documentation of Newly Joined Employees.
• Developing and executing orientation plan for newly hired employees.
