Symptom

l In Pricing Analysis in the condition screen of a sales order or invoice, a condition was not found due to the error 'Access not made (initialized
field)'

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a sales order/billing document.
2. Branch to the item condition screen: Go To -> Item -> Conditions.
3. You notice a pricing condition is missing from the condition screen.
4. View the 'Analysis' and scroll to the condition type you expect to have been found. 
5. You notice the condition was not found due to the error 'Access not made (initialized field)'.

Cause
A condition table was created using a field that is not allowed for pricing. Not all fields in KOMP are allowed for pricing. Allowed fields are listed in 
the field catalog and can be found in table T681F.

Resolution
The standard allowed fields for pricing can be found in table T681F. Add the field for use in pricing.

1. View the documentation under the customizing path
IMG
  -> Sales and Distribution
     -> System Modifications
        -> Create New Fields (Using Condition Technique
           -> New Fields For Pricing
                click on the paper icon. 
2. The added field must start with 'ZZ' or 'YY'. 
3. New fields used in pricing are not populated automatically. The field must be filled inside the following userexits:
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK/USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP in program MV45AFZZ for sales order and
RV60AFZZ for invoices.
