SCHEDULE OF ITEMS FOR THE PROPOSED OF (B+G+XXI) STORIED COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT PRE NO-DN-50
2 All charges for doing excavation in required profile in all type of soils in dry and wet
condition for pile cap, raft or any other foundation of the proposed structure as per
drawings or direction of PMC/Owner including dismantling of foundation (if any) made
with brick, PCC, RCC, dressing of side, bottom, ramming of bottom, dewatering,
shoring, strutting, diverting underground sewer line, water line, electrical line (if any)
barricading the area providing caution board maintaining required slopes including all
labour, materials, machinery, tools & tackles for all lead & lift to the entire satisfaction
of PMC/Owner.
4 All charges for dismantling concrete in pile head projecting above cut-off level &
exposing the reinforcement bars, cleaning & straighting the same as per pile cap
drawing and removing of the debris at designated dump yard out side of the site
premises as specified by statutory authorities under contractor's own arrangement
including all statutory sanction and royalties if any shall be paid by the contractor. If
the dismantled material is not being advised PMC/Owner to dispose it off, it shall be
the property of the owner.
6 All charges for providing & constructing 375mm thick brick masonry with 2nd. class Cum 30
bricks in cement mortar 1:6 adequately soaked in water before use etc., for side
shuttering of pile cap, foundation beam and raft slab.
7 All charges for providing & constructing 250mm thick brick masonry with 2nd. class Cum 78
bricks in cement mortar 1:6 adequately soaked in water before use etc., for side
shuttering of pile cap, foundation beam and raft slab.
8 All charges for providing & constructing 125mm thick brick masonry with 2nd. class sqm 90
bricks in cement mortar 1:4 adequately soaked in water before use etc., for side
shuttering of foundation beam and raft slab.
9 All charges for laying 1:3:6 plain cement concrete (PCC) of required thickness below Cum 35
footings, rafts or any other location as specified in the drawing till Plinth level using 20
mm nominal size well-graded approved quality aggregate including vibrating /
compacting, scaffolding as required establishing dewatering system by pumping /
bailing out water, cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions etc. including shuttering,
curing complete to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Source of concrete will be
RMC.
11 All charges for providing and laying single brick flat soling of picked, jhama bricks Sqm 410
below foundation floor, pile cap, tie beam etc.or any other location till Plinth level
including ramming dressing and bringing to proper level and filling joints with sand
including all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as per specification,
drawing and direction below foundation.

14 All charges for laying M40 grade reinforced cement concrete (excluding cost of
shuttering & reinforcement) for all leads and for all items e.g. columns, beams, slabs,
lintels, staircase, retaining wall, machine foundation, pockets etc. of all profile coming
till Plinth level using 20 mm nominal size & down graded good quality aggregate as
per design mix approved by PMC/Consultant including vibrating/compacting, curing,
scaffolding as required establishing dewatering system by pumping / bailing out water,
cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions etc. including curing complete to the entire
satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Cement concrete should have an ultimate crushing
strength of not less than 400 Kg/sq.cm on 15cm X 15cm X 15cm cube at 28 days and
source of concrete will be RMC. Special conditions:- Rates are quoted for all levels &
heights. For material/cube testing, the contractor shall maintain QC lab, cube testing
machine, sieves, slump cones, graduated cylinder, weight scales etc. in good working
condition cost of which shall be included in the rate.
The rates shall include the cost of plasticiser / super plasticiser of an approved brand
to get the required workability/strength. The column beam junctions shall be with the
grade of concrete as in column up to a distance of depth of beam in all directions &
rate shall be inclusive of this.
15 All charges for laying M30 grade reinforced cement concrete (excluding cost of
shuttering & reinforcement) for all leads and for all items e.g. columns, beams, slabs,
lintels, staircase, retaining wall, machine foundation, pockets etc. of all profile coming
till Plinth level using 20 mm nominal size & down graded good quality aggregate as
per design mix approved by PMC/Consultant including vibrating/compacting, curing,
scaffolding as required establishing dewatering system by pumping / bailing out water,
cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions etc. including curing complete to the entire
satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Cement concrete should have an ultimate crushing
strength of not less than 300 Kg/sq.cm on 15cm X 15cm X 15cm cube at 28 days and
source of concrete will be RMC. Special conditions:- Rates are quoted for all levels &
heights. For material/cube testing, the contractor shall maintain QC lab, cube testing
machine, sieves, slump cones, graduated cylinder, weight scales etc. in good working
condition cost of which shall be included in the rate.

18 All charges for providing waterproofing treatment as per the following details to the Sqm 980
basement and the retaining wall with a ten year guarantee on stamp paper as per the
approved format, the same shall be signed by the company whose chemicals are
being used. The chemicals used shall be approved by the consultant. The PCC below
the basement shall be coated with two coats of modified polymer based compound
before concreting is done. The concrete shall be provided with superplasticizer and
G.I. Nozzles of 15mm dia. shall be placed at 1.5m c/c in the slab and 1.0m c/c in the
retaining wall Along the construction joint. The same shall be grouted with NSPG after
28days. The basement and the retaining wall shall be made water tight to the
satisfaction of the consultant. The External surface of the retaining wall shall be
painted with two Coats polymer modified cementitious paint.
19 All charges for doing miscellaneous structural works, including supplying, preparation MT 1
of fabrication drawings based on Consultants drawings, obtaining approval,
fabrication, erections as per IS 800 etc complete for miscellaneous structural steel
stairs, ladders, platforms, monorails, gratings, chequered plates, hand rails etc.
coming upto Plinth level including surface preparation, cleaning, welding and applying
one coat of zinc chromate primer to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner.
20 All charges for making structural inserts as per I.S. 2062, including supplying, MT 1
fabricating, and installing in concrete coming till Plinth level with anchors in the form
of rods or flats including necessary welding and applying one coat of zinc chromate
primer to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner.
21 All charges for doing backfilling of excavated pit, trench etc. by good quality of filling Cum 250
sand free (from silt, clay, mica, soil) in layer not exceeding 150mm in depth including
watering, ramming, compaction and transportation of sand, all labour, materials,
machinery, tools & tackles etc. for all lead & lift to the entire satisfaction of
PMC/Owner.
22 All charges for providing, mixing and applying two coats of ready to use two Sqm Rate Only
component acrylic polymer modified cement based flexible water proofing slurry of
approved make to a thickness of 2mm on the surface of side wall after the chemical
injunction providing, supplying, mixing and laying final coat of plaster of 25mm thick
cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound @ specified
by the manufacturer including curing etc. complete till Plinth level and as per
manufacturer's specification. The contractor shall give 10 years gaurantee on stamp
paper which shall be countersigned by the company whose product is being used.
23 All charges for making pockets of various size and depth for machine foundations and No. 5
other purpose for all level and location till Plinth level.
24 All charges for supplying, fabricating, fixing of MS bolt of specified size along with MT 1
nuts, washers & its other accessories for any purpose to the entire satisfaction of
PMC/Owner. The rate shall include necessary welding work, making of templates and
all other works required for perfect positioning of bolt. The rate quoted shall be in Kg
and shall be applicable for all level.
25 All charges for providing and fixing anchor fasteners of "HILTI" or "BOSCH" or similar
approved make as per the manufacturers Specification of following dia for
miscellaneous work till Plinth level including labour, material, scaffolding, gangway etc.
involved for fixing anchor fasteners.

27 All charges for fixing reinforcement bars including drilling & chemical injection in the
concrete surface till Plinth level as per the manufacturer's specification either Fischer
or Hilti product. At least 10% of the reinforcement shall be tested by Pull Out test as
per the instruction of Structural Consultant. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour,
material, scaffolding, gangway etc. involved for rebar grouting however cost of
reinforcement steel will be paid as per item no 22.
28.01 If the joint is 3 days old latex based bonding agent to be applied Rmt 20
28.02 If the joint is more then 3 days old polymer based bonding agent to be applied Rmt 10
28.03 If the joint is more than the 15 days old Epoxy based bonding agent to be applied Rmt 10
29 All charges for doing grouting of pockets, foundations etc. with approved grouting Cum 5
compound at all levels coming up to Plinth level including cleaning, vibrating,
compacting, curing, scaffolding, tools & tackles, plant machinery as per drawing
and/or direction of PMC/owner.
30 All charges for providing and adding Polypropelene Fibres as per manufacturer's MT 1
specification to RMC for doing concrete above Plinth level of slab,beam & wall.
Polypropelene fibres shall be added in RMC under the supervision of the contractor.
31 All charges for fixing puddle Flange, supplied by the developer, for tanks including all No. 30
Labour & Materials. (Size & Shape as per Drawing & Design.)
32 Pre-constructional Anti termite treatment comprising of : sq-m 410
a) Treatment to bottom surface and the sides (up to a height of 300mm. from bottom)
of the excavation trenches (for RCC foundations/pile caps etc.) with chemical emulsion
by admixing IMIDACLOPRID 30.5% SC concentrates (1:475) with water by weight at
the rate of 5litres per sq.m. area. The work shall be carried out as per IS-6313 (Part-
II) 2015.
c) Treatment to the top surface of the consolidated earth with in plinth walls along the
periphery of the building with chemical emulsion by admixing IMIDACLOPRID 30.5%
SC concentrates (1:475) with water by weight at the rate 5 liters per sq.m of the
surface before sand bed or sub-grade is laid. Holes up to 50mm to 75mm deep at
150mm. center to center both ways shall be made with 12mm, diameter mild steel rod
on the surface to facilitate saturation of the soil with chemical emulsion.
This item of work should be done strictly by a specialized and approved license issued
by "Jt. Director of Agriculture" and agency having membership of Indian Pest Control
Association (IPCA) with a warranty of 10(ten) years to be given on non-judicial
stamp paper.

2 All charges for doing dismantling of cement concrete of all thickness and Cum Rate Only 15
grade to incorporate changes & revisions of drawings/design or as directed of
PMC/Owner including barricading the area, providing caution board, all labour,
materials, plant & machinery, tools & tackles etc. for all lead & lift, for all level
including maintaining dump yard for debris within the specified lines and
levels to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner and subsequently if being
directed by PMC/Owner, disposing full or part of the dismantled material & its
debris at designated dump yard outside of the site premises as specified by
statutory authorities under contractor’s own arrangement including all
statutory sanction and royalties if any shall be paid by the contractor. If the
dismantled material is not being advised by PMC/Owner to dispose it off, it
shall be the property of the Owner.
3 All charges for doing dismantling of reinforced cement concrete of all Cum Rate Only 5
thickness and grade to incorporate changes & revisions of drawings/design or
as directed of PMC/Owner including barricading the area, providing caution
board, cutting of reinforcement steel of the concrete, separating
reinforcement steel & debris, all labour, materials, plant & machinery, tools &
tackles etc. for all lead & lift, for all level including maintaining dump yard for
debris & stacking reinforcement dia wise within the specified lines and levels
to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner and subsequently if being directed by
PMC/Owner, disposing debris at designated dump yard outside of the site
premises as specified by statutory authorities under contractor’s own
arrangement including all statutory sanction and royalties if any shall be paid
by the contractor. If the dismantled material is not being advised by
PMC/Owner to dispose it off, it shall be the property of the Owner however
reinforcement steel of dismantled concrete shall be always the property of the
Owner.
4 All charges for providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position plained Sqm 28248
timber, plywood centering and shuttering true to line and level, including
making provision for cut out (plan area of cut out shall be paid as per
provision of relevant IS code) steel propping, staging of required height,
shuttering removal, applying shuttering oil, including required bracing,
chamfering corners (of exposed edges) of beams, columns, walls, mullion post
(if any) etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Rate shall
include removal and dismantling the aforesaid assembly after specified period
complete at all levels and leads for all items e.g. columns, beams, slabs,
lintels, staircase, wall etc. of all profile coming above Plinth level.

profile coming above Plinth level using 20 mm nominal size & down graded
good quality aggregate as per design mix approved by PMC/Consultant
including vibrating / compacting, curing, scaffolding as required, dewatering (if
any), cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions etc. including curing complete to
the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Cement concrete should have an
ultimate crushing strength of not less than 400 Kg/sq.cm on 15cm X 15cm X
15cm cube at 28 days and source of concrete will be RMC ( RMC shall
be supplied by the developer) Special conditions:-Rates are quoted for all
levels & heights. For material/cube testing, the contractor shall maintain QC
lab, cube testing machine, sieves, slump cones, graduated cylinder, weight
scales etc. in good working condition cost of which shall be included in the
rate.
The rate shall include the cost of plasticiser / super plasticiser of an approved Cum 4259
brand to get the required workability / strength. The column beam junctions
shall be with the grade of concrete as in column up to a distance of depth of
beam in all directions & rate shall be inclusive of this.
7 All charges for laying M30 grade cement concrete/reinforced cement concrete
(excluding cost of shuttering & reinforcement) at all levels and leads for all
items e.g. columns, beams, slabs, staircase, wall, pockets etc. of all profile
coming above Plinth level using 20 mm nominal size & down graded good
quality aggregate as per design mix approved by PMC/Consultant including
vibrating / compacting, curing, scaffolding as required, dewatering (if any),
cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions etc. including curing complete to the
entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Cement concrete should have an ultimate
crushing strength of not less than 300 Kg/sq.cm on 15cm X 15cm X 15cm
cube at 28 days and source of concrete will be RMC. Special conditions:-
Rates are quoted for all levels & heights. For material/cube testing, the
contractor shall maintain QC lab, cube testing machine, sieves, slump cones,
graduated cylinder, weight scales etc. in good working condition cost of which
shall be included in the rate.

8.01 The rate shall include the cost of plasticiser / super plasticiser of an approved Cum 150
brand to get the required workability / strength. The column beam junctions
shall be with the grade of concrete as in column up to a distance of depth of
beam in all directions & rate shall be inclusive of this.
9 All charges for coordinating with the PT vendor, appointed by the developer MT 50
and according him all the facility at site including scaffolding and staging
wherever necessary, for the successful execution of the works as per
specification and drawings.
10 All charges for providing and adding Polypropelene Fibres as per MT 0.2
manufacturer's specification to RMC for doing concrete above Plinth level of
slab,beam & wall. Polypropelene fibres shall be added in RMC under the
supervision of the contractor.
11 All charges for fixing & removal of scaffolding & gangway at peripheral area of Cum 9600
building to the entire satisfaction of Post tensioning agency/PMC/Owner to
enable the post tensioning agency to stress the tendons at all levels. Payment
will be made after full completion of post tensioning work.
12 All charges for providing, making & placing the chairs made with No 9500
reinforcement bar for placement of tendons in required profile at all level
coming above Plinth level including transportation, decoiling, straightening,
removing loose rust and binding with 18 gauge annealed wire to the entire
satisfaction of PMC/Owner.

16 All charges for providing and fixing PT strands, anchors wedges conduits, etc. MT 50
in position as per the drawing and specifications for all post tensioning work
conforming to IS: 14268-1995 including maintaining the profile of cable ducts
while concreting, maintaining the water tightness of ducts, stressing of strands
and finally grouting as per IS codes and covering end anchorage unit to avoid
corrosion etc. complete. The design and drawing shall be submitted to the
consultants for approval before exection. The payment shall be made on the
strands consumed.
17 Providing & Fixing of staging Slab Height more than 3.6 m and method of Cum 1000 `
erection shall be approved by the structural consultant. Staging shall be kept
for a period as given in the de-shuttering scheme no. extra paid lead & lift.
18 All charges for fixing reinforcement bars including drilling & chemical injection
in the concrete surface till Roof level as per the manufacturer's specification
either Fischer or Hilti product. At least 10% of the reinforcement shall be
tested by Pull Out test as per the instruction of Structural Consultant. The rate
shall be inclusive of all labour, material, scaffolding, gangway etc. involved for
rebar grouting however cost of reinforcement steel will be paid as per item no

20 Providing and making core cut of any shape (maximum size 150mmX150mm no 40
or of 150mm dia) in RCC slab of any level with core cutting machine inclusive
of filling of core with fire retardant sealant of Hilti make as per the
manufacturers specification, cleaning etc. complete. The contractor shall
determine the location of beam/post tensioned tendons before carrying out
core cutting operation and take prior approval from PMC/Owner. The rate shall
include cutting of reinforcement by gas cutting machine or as directed etc.
complete.
21 All charges for providing, making holes and fixing M.S. sleeves of various dia
in RCC surface for services or any other purpose as per
design/drawing/instruction of PMC/Owner till Plinth level and complete in all
respect to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner. The rate shall include the cost
of supply & fixing of necessary flange.
