“ANTASENA”

What do you know about antasena ?. Antasena is one of research team in

ITS which it focused in a vehicle with topic “Hydrogen and Renewable Energy”.
The idea of why antasena made is from restrictions on vehicles causing traffic jams
and air pollution in Indonesia. Antasena is one of the champion of SEM (Shell Eco
Marathon) 2012 in sepang. In SEM 2012 antasena is the only one who use
Hydrogen. Different from sapuangin who use fuel antasena is more
environmentally friendly prototypes hopefully can give positif impact in the furute.
Have 3 urban concept and prototypes car. In SEM 2014 antasena have fuel-cell
damage.

In this time in all of the world and people use machine for daily lifr like car or
anything and actually it use energy or fuel. Many energy we can use but many effect
too. So we must find and use energy more environmental friendly and also
renewable. One of the alternative energy is Hydrogen because in the future i think
fossil fuel will be extinct and also fuel make a high pollution.When burned,
hydrogen releases heat energy and produces water as a waste material (2H2 + O2 -
> 2H2O). Absolutely no carbon. So the use of hydrogen as fuel can reduce pollution
of Carbon Dioxide and also Carbon Monoxide so can reduce the greenhouse effect
(although burning hydrogen also produce pollutants of Nitrogen Oxide in small
quantities).

So hopefully in the future antasena not only prototypes but can be realized to be a
production car that is environmentally friendly, reduce trafficjam and pollution.
