format for your Electronic Portfolio due in Module 6.
The Organization that I will be working internally with this semester is Nike Brand in the
Jordan Department. For those that do not know Nike is the largest seller and manufacture of all
sports shoes, clothes and equipment. The following brands Nike competes with are luxury brands
Gucci, Louis Vuitton and other sports brands such as Adidas, Puma. Nike’s success goes way
back from Michael Jordan and Nike collaborating on the first Air Jordan in 1984. Even further
back like the Iconic Bill Bowerman and the famous Nike Waffle Racer. Along with the infamous
collaboration’s over the years Nike has also managed to take over well know brands like
As the Project manager/Creative Director in the Jordan department My goals are to try and
produce more products to the mass public, Retro past Jordan’s allowing more underprivileged
and less wealthy people opportunity’s to purchase iconic sneakers with no outrages prices tag. I
want to provide a good communication tool allowing companies to reach out to each other for
easier access to collaborations and branding rights. Along with those goals I am determined to
establish myself as a Creative, Senior Project Manager, and a Leader! As I make my transition
from a LEAD Program assistant into the role of a Project manager I feel that there will be a lot

for me to learn. I am opening minded for all ideas that come to mind. I will also make this
transition as smooth as possible and develop into the knowledgeable Nike consultant I know so
much about. Nike Brand will continue to work for the people and provide quality gear for all

My role for this organization will be an internal position. I am aware of what I will need to
tell my current employer and believe that everything will turn out as it is supposed to. I feel that
this opportunity will help build me into the Project Manger I have been seeking to become and
learned the creative side that will help me develop as a designer. Also I feel like I have a lot to
offer the Nike and Jordan brand. The position that I will be taking on is the Project manager/
creative designer this position will take a lot from me. I will have to move to Beaverton, Oregon,
this is where the NIKE headquarters is located. I have never been to Oregon and seeing the
headquarters will be an exciting event. I will need to be a fast learner and never stop hustling
while on the job. This will be an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life!

Nike, My overseers are the CEO of Jordan brand Jeffery Jordan and the CEO of Nike Brand
Iyana Smith. I am the leader and over seer of three Nike employees Nim Gomez, Maxon Miles
and Emmitt Myth. All three of my employees have worked here before me so I have great help
from Nike. Nike’s Human Resources (H) Position is ran by two twins Racheal and Rudy
Johnson. Things I expect to learn from them are the Culture of Nike, which leadership styles they

react to best, their motivations, ways to better collaborate, Drama topics to avoid, are allies and
competitors. Other people I am in networks with are Stock X CEO Jason Brown, GOAT APP
CEO Gabe James, and computer Kanye North the Adidas Creative designer.

Nike dose not tolerate any harassement or toxic energy in the work place. Those who have
been effective by an ethical issues should reach out to HR, Project manger and CEO. Do not
let things get out of hand as soon as an insdent happens let oen of your overseers know. Better
to be safe then sorry and we want all of are STAFF to be comforatable at all times.
