Prepare the hardware

VGA Cable RT809f USB Cable

USB Extension Cable just in case that the CPU RT809F

was too far

Connect the VGA Cable in the VGA ISP Connect the USB Cable
Click the RT809F shortcut icon

Put the TV in standby mode.

Click Cancel

Click Auto ISP

Some TV Doesnt work in Stanby mode to try it in On Mode

Memory IC number will be detected

Click Read
 it will read the memory ic File

Sometimes After Reading the unit will automatically on and the RT809F has ability to repair the unit
specially for the Stanby only.

Save window open

Save it with the

Model of the Device
Click the Buffer Buffer to See the HEX File
this Window will Pop Up to Show the Memory Hex FIle

then Press OK to EXit

Writing Good Bin file to Defective Unit
Click Open

Browse it where you save your Bin File

then double click the bin file that you want to write
It will load the bin file
click the buffer buffer for you to see it it was really loaded
 Click Write

the programmer will Auto Erase program and will Auto Verify.

after that its Done.try u test the unit if it will work properly
