Subject: Application for permission to open a mathematics

club.

Sir,
With due respect, we have the honor to state that we are
the student of class XII in your reputed college. But it is a
matter of great regret that despite having a successful club
history, there is no mathematics club in our college. So,
we request you to permit us to open the mathematics club.
There are several reasons why the establishment of the
mathematics club is important. A mathematics club can
allow the students to cultivate their interest in math in an
informal environment, without the pressure of being
graded, offer them the ability to face any question
problems in math, make them overcome the fear of
mathematics, make them overcome the fear of
mathematics. The college will also be benefitted as the
students will gain respect for the college. Thus, the college
reputation will increase.

So, I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind

enough to grant us permission to open a mathematics club
and oblige thereby.
