OVERVIEW: QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW

 The rationale behind introducing the Quarterly Performance Review Cycle is to build a culture of
Continuous Feedback in the organization.
 To move towards a more global outlook and embrace best practices in performance management
 With a simple, structured process the idea is to promote productive conversations between
employees and their managers about performance at least four times a year, if not more.

DEFINE GOALS FOR TEAM MEMBERS

When the Goals Stage is launched, there are 2 scenarios:


1. A blank form is launched (as you can see on the screen here).
2. Role based LOB specific pre-defined scorecard pre-populate

In the first scenario, the Appraiser


has the option to:
1. Add New Goal,
2. Import from Goal Library
3. Replicate from Previous Quarter
(This option will not be available
for the first Quarter of the
Performance Review Cycle.)
