sound like a stupid question on a scale

of one to ten where ten is absolute


agony where is it just at the moment

okay right again it may sound like a

silly question if you could give a color

to that pain what would it be okay right

look I just want to show you something

and what can I do this very quickly just

put your hands upside down on your knees

like that and it looks crazy just take

your feet off the floor there a little

bit that's good it's quite bright

sunshine here so you just pop your head

back a little bit and okay you don't

have to squint so you can just close

your eyes let's just close your eyes

doesn't really matter okay let's send a

nice deep breath in now as you breathe

out just let you have your head fall

forward that's nice like a big heavy

steel cannonball nice heavy weight

that's fantastic

now breathe in again as you breathe out

which can attorney hands over so you

relax your hands and arms excellence and

a couple more of these breathe in as you

breathe out this time I want you to let

your shoulders really sag down okay let

imagine you've got no bones in the top

picture of that area of pain paint it

really black concentrate on the shape of

it into your creative imagination in

your mind's eye it's black but imagine

little bit blurred a little bit faint as

they go blurred and faint so that black

as the ice cube just melts away like

it's melting in a glass of warm water

I will actually count backwards from

three three two when I count to three

two one I'm gonna open your eyes my pain

will be gone completely and forever

find that relaxing yes I think so okay

that's nice on a scale of one to ten
