2. The performance objective is defined as a statements that explains or presents the

Performance measure is a tool used for acknowledgement of managing and improving the
operation of programs and organizations (Brown & King, 2011). Similarly, Key
Performance indicator refers to a measurable value that indicates the company’s
effectiveness for gaining key business objectives (Klipfolio, 2021).
3. Stakeholders are the people having direct and indirect connection with the work of
project. It includes sponsor, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and even government

Overview

The purpose of analysis is to identify the gap between targeted and achieved goals and plan
further process with discussion.

Performance objective analysis

Evaluation of brand awareness objective

The brand awareness objective is effective among the employees through which brand of
organization has been promoted sufficiently and services has been utilized in larger quantity
(Seturi, 2017). However, the task is still lagging behind and is still incomplete.

Evaluation of sustainability objective

The waste and electricity consumption has been decreased in an immense quantity.

Evaluation of governance objective

Organizational plans and policies are accepted and followed by the employees and employees
started being open towards the ethical consideration.

Evaluation of quality standards objective

Customer satisfaction related to the organizational services has increased with the higher
utilization of services and value for money.

Evaluation of retention of skilled employee objective

The employee turnover has been decreased into zero.

Action plan outcomes

The action plan was effective for the improvement in the work performances of the employees to
increase customer satisfaction. It enhance the awareness among the employees about the brands
and organizational services that increased the utilization of services.

Recommendations

It is essential to promote even more about the organizational brands to increase the level of
awareness and utilization of services.

PART D – UNDERTAKE COACHING


Training session

Time management is an essential task and skills that every people must adhere in their day to day
activities (Alvarez Sainz, Ferrero, & Ugidos, 2019). It is about managing our self and teaches us
about management of each minute and seconds. There are various types of time management
strategies and techniques that people can follow. I am going to teach you two types of time
management techniques:

1. Developing prioritized goals


Goals are must in people life as it directs the destination of individuals and prevents
people from any diversion. People can easily get distracted from shiny object thus goals
are indispensable to figure true values.
2. Learn to say NO

It is essential to determine the priorities in life and workplace as people may not be able
to handle each and every situation. Therefore, it is an essential task or skill to say No for
the things that are not possible or cannot be happen by yourself.

PART E – REVIEW PROCESS


Meeting with Gavin Stead

The meeting room has been well-facilitated and participants are provided with agenda of
meeting.

Me: The business plan was effective to raise the awareness among employees related to the
organization services and brand. Similarly, the customer satisfaction rate was also increase in an
enormous way to provide the services. However, there are some limitation on the plan as it could
not raise the utilization services among the employees. It implies that employees are still not
satisfied with the services provided by organization.

Gavin: What changes would you like to make to complete the task next time?

Me: The changes I would like to recommend is that it is essential to make a plan in a holistic
manner with the involvement of all stakeholders related to the project. The training and
monitoring must be conducted in a regular manner.

· Lawyer: Lawyer helps to create legal paperwork for a business structure to limit liability
and meet business goals.
· Accountant: An accountant helps to develop an understanding about cash flow and
financial statement of the business (O’Bryan, Berry, Troutman, & Quirin, 2000).

· Banker: Bank provides finance for a business through a line of credit and overdraft loan.
· Business mentor: Provides advice about business world and helps to operate business
strategically.

 Skilled workforce is a major component of a successful business organization
(Robertson, 2003). Success or failure of business plan depends upon quality of
workforce. Skilled workforce are well-trained and can maintain high level of
performance. They helps to increase productivity and profitability.
