Describe the three jumps in Athletics?

The long jump can be named "run and jump" or "sprint and jump," just as easily, since only part of the
process is the actual jump. This takes more expertise and techniques than just being Capable of running.
For a good long jumper, there has to be the following: good speed, good footwork and a good leap. The
competitor gets a running start in the elevated jump event while in the high jump event and must jump
over a bar without knocking it over. There's a large fluffy cushion on which they land. As all track and
field events, there is a key element to performing well in this sport, which in this case is able to jump
high, but technique is also very important. It's all related to timing and leaving your feet at the right
moment, as well as how you bend your body as you go over the handle. Finally, the triple jump is also
known as the hop, step and jump, or the hop, skip and jump. The hop, similar to the long jump, is a track
and field event. As a group, the two events are known as the "horizontal jumps." The rival runs down the
track and executes a hop, a bond, and then a jump into the sand pit.

Identify the similarities and differences of each jumps in athletics?

The important distinction between long jump, high jump and triple jump is that all jumps need skill,
agility and pace, as well as the techniques that you can apply to achieve a good performance result. The
foot they would put forward to begin with and the opposite of their handedness in general. There are
exceptions to the rule, so if you're unsure, try both feet. Several strategies before running can be
performed before starting the run-up. One is balancing on your toes, leaning back and forth from one
hand to another. In a rolling motion, heel to toe. With a distance of 20 cm, the legs should be separated,
from toe to hell with the opposite foot. As all other events and acceleration occurs while running, it is
important for the hip to remain high so that you have the optimum regulated speed.

Maybe for the actual hop. Keep your legs apart slightly to increase the duration of the jump, allowing
you to get further before eventually putting one back forward and landing. Many athletes swing both
arms extended forward as well as the legs as seen in the image below in order to improve momentum,
using a technique where you want to "hang" as long as possible in the air.

Although the key differences between the three jumps listed above are that you take off from the board
with your favorite foot with the long jump and land with your feet in the sand. While the triple jump
includes three steps, a 'hop',' step' and finally a 'jump' with both feet together into the sand while in the
high jump After sprinting to gain momentum, jumpers start over A high bar, and you fall on the other
side of a crash pad. Moreover, after exploding off a platform, in the long jump, one is expected to run
down the runway. These last steps are essential to this event because they will boost the leap and
deliver an increased amount of acceleration. For the takeoff, a high enough jump is necessary because it
will help kickstart the motion that will bring one over a long distance. This case, however, checks one's
.The capacity and power to achieve a certain extension rather than a certain elevation. The triple jump,
on the other hand, has the same features as the long jump, but the distinction is that of a hop stage
followed by a long jump. Similarly, as expressed in the long jump, the purpose of the triple jump is to get
as high as one can.And the challenge lies in technique, as simple as these events can sound, as they are
both very technical events. It's more for the long jump.Technique, then. High jump means a complete
upward vertical jump in which the jump height is measured. Long jump means a jump that attempts to
cross a long horizontal distance where the horizontal jump length is determined.
