1. The BPJS officer called someone to get medical record files at the hospital warehouse.

2. We will make a referral to Imelda hospital. Do you know somebody there ?

3. Anybody who works in a medical record installation must be able to maintain and
manage the confidentiality of patient data.

4. The file for this action agreement may not be held by anyone, except medical record
personnel.

5. Medical record files can be shared with a blind person for something important reason.

6. The hospital does not allow changes to the contents of medical records for anything
reason

7. The information officer is someone who will ask for your data for the purposes of
medical records while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

8. You can ask about anything related to insurance claims to the medical record officer.

9. Anybody who wants to take care of nursing files, please ask the medical records
department.

10. For anything reason, the patient has the right to refuse to sign the consent letter issued by
the medical record.
