cavidades, es el diafragma.

* Según el Swara Yoga, se debe procurar que la exhalación sea siempre mayor en tiempo,
que la inspiración. De preferencia el doble. Además que la respiración se produzca por la
utilización consciente del diafragma, ya que así, nos permite mayor oxigenación y
expulsión de anhídrido carbónico de nuestro cuerpo.
