Sara Arnold has been asked to take over planning/leadership for the medical mission trip
she has gone on for the past few years to Jamaica. In the past couple years a few other
church members have joined her. The group provides medical care to a poorer part of
Jamaica on their 10-day trip. Sara is asking if our church would be the “sponsoring”
church. This does not require the church to allocate any money towards the trip. The
church is the home for the account that handles the money for medicine, and other
expenses. The group needs a 501c3 to accept dona^ons, much of the expenses are
provided for by a trust, and Sara is asking if the church would be willing to provide the
“home” for the account. Michelle moved we set up a checking account for this mission.
The money will come from outside sources we are simply providing a “home” for the
account. Jennifer seconded and board unanimously approved se_ng up an account
when the ^me comes.

Chicken dinner planning is coming along. Please plan on a`ending March 7th!

Pastor Brian and Pastor Martha (First Presbyterian Neola) have made some videos for a
devo^on this lent.

Pastor Brian is not sure about a Baccalaureate service this spring at TC.

Board approved we do a $50 ad in the Tri-Center yearbook. Rod moved and Jerry
seconded. Approved.

We need to pay $68 a year to be allowed to stream our music on Facebook. Michelle
moved and Rod seconded to pay this yearly licensing fee. Approved.
Pastor Brian has some bids to move the sound equipment from the closet behind
the altar to the back of the church. $8800 and $6000 were two bids received.
Seemed a li`le too expensive to pursue at this ^me since this is a wish and not a
need.

S^ll looking into upgrading our internet capabili^es so we can live stream with a
li`le be`er quality. Received 1 bid and will seek another.

S^ll working on best solu^on for the steps. Found blueprints which confirm the
step is part of the founda^on holding up the bricks around the door. Ideas for
fixing range from replacing what is there, covering with outdoor carpet, building a
li`le entryway. Need bids…anyone know of people willing to do such work?
When/if we can get bids, we will present op^ons to the church.

Kevin Zimmerman is wan^ng to move forward with the land he purchased south
of the church. Board decided to have a congrega^onal mee^ng on March 28th to
discuss the sale or no sale of that land. There are a few op^ons he presented, and
more info will come out in an email.

The church did not seek PPP Loan monies in this last round.
