To is not used with the Infinitive in the following cases:

- after the modal verbs must, can (could), may (might), need;
- after the verbs make, let;
- in the Objective Infinitive Complex after the verbs see, watch, hear,
feel;
- after the expressions “had better”, “would rather”, “would sooner”.
