Restriction of Hazardous Substances Substances of Very High Concern Conflict Minerals Act REACH ALUMINUM
are
compliant to the regulations defined in RoHS II, SVHC, REACH and Conflict
Minerals.
RoHS II ALUMINUM
RoHS II (European Directive 2011/65/EU) includes the same six restricted chemicals with the same
maximum concentration values as the original RoHS (European Directive 2002/95/EC).
However, the scope of products included in RoHS II has increased from the previous directive.
On 4 June 2015, the EU Commission has published a new Directive (EU)2015/863 to amend Annex II to EU RoHS 2
(Directive 2011/65/EU) to add the following 4 phthalates onto the list of restricted substances.
REACH
Under the current requirements of REACH, All Foils is not required to register
any of its products. The coatings and inks used in our converting process either
do not contain any restricted chemicals OR are under the volumes regulated
under REACH in their cured form.
CONFLICT MINERALS
No Conflict Minerals according to the Dodd/Frank Wall Street Reform &
Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
