CAREER SUMMARY I have been working as Sub-Ass. Engineer for the last Two year in Gazi
Tyres(Gazi Group).I have worked for two years in King IT Ltd in a Non
Governmental Organization. I have managed maintenance and servicing
system, handled recruitment system partially, maintained project working
updates and conducted training on safety Policy and organizational
behavior. I have experienced machine repair in a short time through the
schedule. My major interest is to work for Mechanical maintenance
department to develop my career.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
03 JAN 2016 TO TILL: SUB-ASST.ENGINEER, GAZI TYRES(GAZI GROUP).
[GAZI TYRES is a global standard Tyre Company based in Banglades. KIT
designs and develops user friendly complete IT solutions.]
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication with company’s different departments, Training for the
staff, supports the recruitment process. HR compliance issues problem
identification and solution

RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
Capability to design and plan training material for technicians/Supervisors
Help production in any stage as per management requirement

ACHIEVEMENTS:
 I have a team of 32 people, who, by explaining their daily activities, have to

MAY 2016:  After being appointed here, I was able to reduce the mechanical error and
bring it to the lowest level
 I present all the issues of my work to my senior officer and follow his
instructions.
