RESOLUTION NO. 01
SERIES OF 2021

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE AL HAJJ MURAD IBRAHIM-CHIEF MINISTER OF

BARMM THRU THE NAGUIB G. SINARIMBO-LOCAL GOVERNMENT MINISTER OF BARMM TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STOREY BARANGAY HALL FOR THE
BARANGAY OCCIDENTAL LINUK, TAMPARAN, LANAO DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, there is a need to acquire parcel of land where the BARANGAY HALL may be
erected.

WHEREAS, Honorable Kagawad SAIDAMEN M. SAMBARANI emphasized the need of

BARANGAY HALL for the constituents of BARANGAY OCCIDENTAL LINUK, TAMPARAN, LANAO DEL
SUR.

NOW THEREFORE, KAGAWAD SAIDAMEN M. SAMBARANI made a motion for the approval
of this resolution and seconded by all kagawad presents, this may in an open session dully
assembled RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to request HONORABLE AL HAJJ MURAD
EBRAHIM-CHIEF MINISTER OF BARMM THRU THE MINISTER OF MILG-BARMM NAGUIB G.
SINARIMBO to allocate funds for the construction of two (2) storey BARANGAY HALL FOR
BARANGAY OCCIDENTAL LINUK, TAMPARAN, LANAO DEL SUR.

RESOLVED FURTHER, Requested the Barangay Chairman to submit copies of this

resolution to the HONORABLE AL HAJJ MURAD EBRAHIM-Chief Minister of BARMM thru the
MINISTER OF MILG-BARMM NAGUIB G. SINARIMBO for his favorable consideration and
appropriate approval.
