E-Auction Sale Notice for Sale of Immovable Assets under the Securitisation
and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest
Act, 2002 read with proviso to Rule 8 (6) of the Security Interest
(Enforcement) Rules, 2002

Notice is hereby given to the public in general and in particular to the Borrower (s) and
Guarantor (s) that the below described immovable property mortgaged/charged to
erstwhile Andhra Bank, now Union Bank of India, the constructive/physical possession
of which has been taken by the Authorised Officer of erstwhile Andhra Bank, now Union
Bank of India, will be sold on “As is where is”, “As is what is”, and “Whatever there is”
basis on 19th August 2020, for recovery of Rs. 6,34,53,091.80 (Rupees six crores thiry four
lakhs fifty three thousand ninety one and paise eighty only)as on 30.09.2016 along with further
interest at contracted rate and other expenses due to the erstwhile Andhra Bank , now
Union Bank of India, from M/s G.I.Estates and Guarantors 1. Mr Raavi Venakata Ramana 2.
Mr.Kamireddy Tirumala Kumar 3. Mrs. Raavi Kalpana Kiran W/o Raavi Venkata Ramana and 4.
Mr.Maddineni Rattaiah. The reserve prices of each property and the earnest money
deposit will be as per details given below.
