Diploma in Human Resource Management program.

1.0 TITLE OF THE STUDY:


“Employee Relations”

A Study on: The Daily Vorer Pata.

2.0 Background of the study:


For a newspaper house, employee relations is always as important as the others.
Newspaper plays a role to concuss people about overall situation of the world. The
Daily Vorer Pata can be difficult to survive long term and building up the benefits
competitiveness without people, the talented and professionals. Therefore, the
Employee relations in the organization is really important. However, if only pay
attention to pay attention without linking it with the principles and objectives of the
Vorer Pata in any attempt to promote the effective operation of the workers will return
useless.
In this study, we would like to understand the employee relations practices in order to
find out the criteria to select a good system for an organization, specifically for The
Daily Voer Pata.
It is a great opportunity to know about the corporate culture of The Daily Vorer Pata. I
got a chance to prepare my term paper on the topic employee relations practices and
employee satisfaction of The Daily Vorer Pata. This opportunity helps me to learn
about the organizational culture and behavior. Vorer Pata is a newspaper organization
and during the job I got enough knowledge about the functions of various departments
and their behavior. It’s really impossible to highlight all the activities of the
organization in this report, but I tried to summarize and give enough data related to my
topic. I think this report is able to give enough idea about the mentioned topic.
3.0 Objective of the Study
4.1 Major Objectives
The aim of the study is to explore employee relations of The Daily Vorer Pata.

4.2 Specific Objectives


The following specific objectives will be addressed:
i. To know the overall employee relations between employee and employer in The
Daily Vorer Pata.
ii. To know about democracy based on the participation of employee in the
management and gains of industry, and the personality of every individual in The
Daily Vorer Pata.
iii. To know about all forms of organizational conflict in The Daily Vorer Pata.
iv. To know about productivity in an era of full employment by reducing the
tendency of higher employee turnover and absenteeism in The Daily Vorer Pata.
v. To know the communication process between employee and employer in The
Daily Vorer Pata.

4.0 Significance / Importance of the study


The significance of the study will be to:
1. Improve knowledge about employee relations of The Daily Vorer Pata.
2. To fulfill the diploma requirement.
5.0 Research Plan (Methodology)
6.1 Data collection:
Sources of Primary data: Primary data will be collected from personal observation,
interview, questioner, discussion with network administrators and professionals.
Sources of Secondary data: Secondary data will be collected from internal external
sources of documents and search the internet.
6.2 Data Processing:
In this phase we will process our collected data through different way and make it as
useful as research.
6.3 Report preparation and final outcome:
Collected information would be analyzed and process by using standard mathematical
or statistical tools through computers to get the required information and prepared
final report with help of the guidance outlined in this term paper.
6.4 Data presentation style:
Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
