Dear melati
As far as I know, natural gas occurs deep beneath theearth's surface. Natural gas
consists mainly of methane, a compound with one carbon atom and four hydrogen
atoms. Natural gas also contains small amounts of hydrocarbon gas liquids and
nonhydrocarbon gases. beacuse of those gas contents, natural gas has no color,
odor, and taste. Due to its colorless odorless, and tasteless nature, distributors add
mercaptan ( a chemical that smells like sulfur ) to give natural gas a distinct
unpleasant odor ( it smells like rotten eggs). Therefore, it is used as a safety
device. Also in case of leaks, people will detect it easily.
See you and good luck!

1. Rain prouction is caused by
precipitation. Precipitation is a water realesed from clouds in the form
of rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, or hail. It is the primary part in the
water cycle that provides for the delivery of atmospheric water to the
earth. Most of precipitation then fall as rain.

2. Condensed water not fall because

their speed is not enough to overcome updrafts which support the
clouds.

3. Precipitation occurs because

the tiny waters condense on tinier dust, salt, or smoke or smoke
particles, which act as a nucleus after that the water droplets grow as a
result of additional condensation of water vapour when the particles
collide. If enough collisions occur to produce a droplet with a velocity
which exceeds the cloud updraft speed, then it will fall out of the cloud
as precipitation.

4. Precipitation-sized drop mechanism is caused by

A process that causes ice crystals to grow quickly by taking water
vapour from a cloud.
