 References must be placed at the end of the trans using the
APA format. Place the references alphabetically

Transers’ Message
 For long transes, you can place inspirational message, jokes,
or anything in the middle of the trans.
 All other remaining space at the last page of the
transcription is allotted for the transer’s message
 To avoid wastefulness (ink, paper, and money), do not let the
message exceed the last page of the trans proper
 May include quotes, shoutouts, games, and/or jokes. This
can serve as motivation that the class will need especially if
the trans is long. :D

SUBMISSION
 The transes for the whole week are to be passed to the class
trans heads (IN WORD FORMAT) by Saturday, and shall be
uploaded by Sunday, 12nn.
o Extensions will be allowed if there are many
requirements to be submitted
o Be professional. We are all medical students carrying
the same amount of load. Submit your transes on time
and follow the format.

Fines
 Failure to submit on time shall be penalized:
o P1,000.00 per day late.
 Please avoid submitting “follow-up” documents after you
have submitted your trans to your class trans head.
 Please ensure that the document the class will upload is
FINAL and is ready for review
