Sub: Preparation of estimate for Public Works -Cost Index to be adopted to

DSR 2018 with base 118 - reg

Ref: 1. GO(P) No 173/2019/Fin dated 22/12/2019

2. Govt.Letter No PWD-H3/9/2020-PWD dated 28/04/2020

As per reference 1 cited, the new cost indices to be applied while preparing
esti mate for Public Works based on DSR 2018 considering the GST provisions is
attached as Annexure I. Adoption of new cost index and DSR 2018 will be mandatory
for all estimates with effect from 15/05/2020 based on the Govt. Circular.
