Prof. Rao is truly a Pracdemic a rare combination of academic professor and practice. Currently he is an
Associate Professor at MICA and leades their entrepreneurial initiatives. He has co-founded several
startups in Technology, Media, Healthcare and Education. He has also been an active early stage investor
and mentor in startups, Board of several start up enablers like Indian Business Incubator Association
(ISBA) , TiE , global incubator like Innovify and Spinta . He has also produced a Gujarati children movie
titled “Mara papa Superhero “.
