• To design a Vogue school according to the rapid evolution of

contemporary reality of its economic and social changes in day-to-day life

design
• To use maximize of natural light & to use eco friendly features

• 50% - Built up area 50% - Vegetation .

• Only 50% of the site area will be used for the floor area coverage .
• Mostly the site vegetation will be used further .

corridor , staircase and walkways .
• The structure builds up a more playful character .
• Being a masonry building , it offers a layered experience textured
and suprising .

Site area : 11,560 SQ MT. (3 acre) Built up are : 13,570 SQ MT. (including
basement)

ABOUT THE BUILDING

• The institute is situated in the Hauz Khas institutional zone. It lies on

the way to Asian Games Village from green park.
• Access is from north east and south west side of the campus.
• Site is irregular in shape and is surrounded by classical dance Institute,
Hauz Khas housing, Gulmohar park.
• The opening are designed such that they maintain visual unity in their
form and proportion .

• There is a contrast of space from narrow to wide , short to tall , enclosed
concreate to the exposed steel structure gives an interesting sense of
aesthetics .
• The corridor while linking the departments physically provide ample of
space for the casual activities and informal fashion shows .
• Framed structures is used in all the different departments and blocks .

Solid and Void

Whereas the solids becomes the studios and classrooms and the voids become a

emotionally .
