DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

GROUP LEADER
 GOOD FACILITATOR
Group leader should facilitate the groups by
promoting the groups with behavior appropriate for
communication and collaboration.
A group with good structures promotes positive
group interaction and good behavior.

 A ROLE MODEL
A group leader should be a model listeners to each
his/her members.

 A COACH
group leader is a good coach for the group, for
encouraging and giving responsibility for each
members.
GROUP MEMBERS

Each member should be a good listeners and followers.

Always pay attention to each member for each responsibilities
given by the leader.
Each member should contribute by giving them shared
knowledge and ideas for the groups .
Respect, trust and honesty is important in every group.
