May we request from your good Office to please provide the

following office equipment:

a. Six (6) pcs Mono-block chairs

b. Three (3) pcs Office Table
c. Two (2) Computer Sets
d. One (1) unit Air conditioner
e. Two (2) pcs Stand Fan

This request if granted would be of great help for this station to

function effectively and efficiently in the performance of public service. The
above mentioned equipment’s are requested in order to improve the office
facilities of our station in order to provide convenience to clients securing
fire safety clearances and certificates
