VALUES CLARIFICATION

1. What are 5 values that you would like to develop as an individual?

● Courage/ Strength
● Contentment
● Decisiveness
● Spontaneity
● Consistency

2. Why these 5 values?

● Courage - In order to begin something, you need courage. It is

the secret element which, in spite of your fears, enables you to
act. Courage gives you the capacity to put your fear of failure
aside and take the first steps.

● Contentment - It can help you to differentiate between desires

and needs. You may not wish for anything more than what you
need if you are content. It often leads to the realization that real
happiness doesn't come from things that are tangible.

● Decisiveness - The costs of continuing to deliberate, collect

data, and postpone a decision are necessary to weigh against
the costs of making a bad choice. It is a key to successfully
implement plans and achieve objectives.

● Spontaneity - Being spontaneous will provide you with some

comfortable and uninhabited characteristics, so you can deal
with it regardless of what happens next. It is all about the
moments, surprises and acceptance of errors.

● Consistency - It will help you to overcome any lack of natural

ability and allow you to concentrate on the process rather than
the final target. It creates and generates support for routines.
This creates behaviors which become almost second nature.
