Please be online at 16:45, so that we will be able to identify you and provide additional
instructions if needed. The exam will start at 17:00.

For the purpose of the exam, please create a ZOOM profile at www.zoom.us, if you do not
already have one. You need to test your camera and microphone before the exam. During the
exam camera and microphone need to be turned on all the time.

The camera should be properly aimed at you during the exam. More precisely, we need
to see your hands and a sheet of paper on which you will write. At the same time, you will
need to see the screen on which we will project questions via the Zoom tool. You can use a
desktop computer (recommended) or a laptop with a camera or a mobile phone or a tablet
with a front camera (so that you can see the screen and the camera is pointed at you at the
same time). If you have a mobile phone that has only a rear camera, you will have to log in to
the Zoom tool on another device (ex. a laptop) in order to see the questions at the same time.

The exam (exam will have 9 questions) will be conducted by submitting questions over the
Zoom application. You will have a limited time (10 minutes) for each question and you will
only be able to solve it within the allotted time. In practice, this means that we will project the
first question on the Zoom application, so you will write the number 1 on a piece of paper
and solve the question. After 10 minutes, we will project the second question, you will write
the number 2 on the sheet and solve the question and so on. At the end, you will have another
10 minutes to review the exam. For the exam, you need to have completely blank sheets, a
pencil and a calculator. The camera should be positioned in such a way that we will see the
blank sheets and your entire work surface.

After the 100 minutes, you will need to take a photo of each page in front of the camera,
transfer the photos into one PDF file and sending it to as the email attachment to the
following e-mail addresses: polona.domadenik@ef.uni-lj.si and matjaz.koman@ef.uni-lj.si. If
you do not yet have a suitable solution for this, install the CamScanner application on your
mobile phone (download from the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for
iOS). You may need to enter your email address settings in your mobile phone settings. Try it
before the exam. For our purposes free version of the app will suffice.
For the exam you need blank sheets of paper, pencil and ordinary calculator. The exam is
closed book, so no peace of paper with equations and notes are allowed. If we notice any
unsuitable aids while solving the exam, the exam will not be assessed, and at the same time,
in accordance with the exam rules, you will not be allowed to write the exam for two more
exam terms. We are aware that there are different possibilities for cheating, so we will pay
special attention to this and we will strictly enforce it cheating rule, without any warning.
