Following more than a 10-months political and military presence of the

international contingent in Afghanistan it appeared to be obvious that
unilateral actions in fighting against terrorism will not bring about desired
effects.
2. Within the framework of the WTO, Russia is intended on a meaningful
interaction with all member countries with a view to maintaining the existing
rules of international trade and elaborate its new principles that are adequate
to the modern challenges of global development.
