in the world. Joined as a Branch Manager (MSAR Branch Lahore) in the Banking Leadership Program, the
key responsibilities are to achieve the monthly targets through sales team and to make sure that all the sales
is done through SCB way. Making sure that the branch performance is high and is keeping up the standards
of SCB by providing best customer services and by avoiding all kinds of risks that have zero tolerance in
consumer banking. As a BLP, I have achieved the winner award at Singapore training amongst the BLP
international team. I have successfully trained branch employees for effective customer services and
communication skills.
