One-Step Reverse Transcription PCR Amplification with HawkZ05 DNA Polymerase.

A 241 bp fragment of a gene sequence was amplified from 50, 25 or 5 input copies of Armored HCV RNA particles per 100 µL reaction. The one-step RT/PCR
amplification was performed with 40 U of HawkZ05 DNA polymerase and gene-specific primers.
