*The project is located in the governorate of NAINAWA

*The tenderer should visit the work site before submitting the tender

*The work included design ,manufacture, supply ,delivery to and off-loading,

testing, work execution, completion based on turnkey project

*All major material shall supply according to schedule c/ volume 3/3 technical
specification

*The tenderer shall submit a schedule of manufacturers, place of manufacture

and testing.

*Construction works:

the contractor shall carry out the works as indicated in the attached quantities
tables and attached structure list according to attached technical specification
and the work include:

1-civil works :shall be carried out by the contractor according to attached

technical specification and the work include:

a-supply all material(cement, steel rod reinforcement, coarse aggregate, fine

aggregate, etc.)required to construction foundation

b -the cement used is cement resistant salts and sulfate

c-taking sample of construction material and concrete cube and conducting
laboratory test to show their conformity with Iraqi standard issued by the
national center for construction laboratories

2-Assemble and Erection Towers :shall be carried out by the contractor according
to attached technical specification and the work include:

a-transport tower component from store to tower site

b-supply all equipment ,tools and laborers to assemble towers and erection

c-tighting accessories (anti climbing device , step bolt , circuit and tower number
plate, danger plate, birds guards, warning markers ,etc.)

d- welding screws to the lower parts of the tower up to 5m

3-stringing works: shall be carried out by the contractor according to attached

technical specification and the work include:

a-stringing works of line(all the 6twin teal phase conductors and1 opgw)

b- install the spacer damper, vibration damper, make all connection jumper

c-install insulators and accessories on towers

*supply of material (steel tower, insulators, conductor, opgw, accessories hard

ware, etc.):

1-the contractor shall supply the material in the attached quantities table
according to attached technical specification

2-The contractor shall provide a work site and material storage ware house and
shall be responsible for all material until the work is fully received

3-provide inspection certificate endorsed by a third party internationally

approved and agreed upon by both parties

4-provindig schemes of material supplied with technical offer so that we can

study them and approved them during the contract signing period
