Rules for the JH practical test:

*For Teachers:*

1) You can check the practical test schedule at the following link:

The schedule for the implementation of tests and collections (projects) is in accordance with that
schedule.

2) teachers using the zoom application during the practical test should record and post the zoom
footage at the following link: https://bit.ly/FT_ZOOM_RECORD

with an example of naming files: PRACTICAL TEST PHYSICS SEM 1 2020-2021

3) zoom pro link used as usual with hosts: Ms Pali (grade 7), Mr. Dharma (grade 8), Mr. Alex (grade
9). if the teacher needs additional breakout room for grouping purposes, it can be informed to the
hosts

4) Announce to the students in the GC announcement part about the practical test rules according
to each subject.

5) The attendance list for students will be given to the teacher before the practical test takes place
via privat whatsapp messenger

*For Students:*

1) Students are required to take the practical test according to the schedule
2) Students must submit the project on time and attend the zoom meeting according to the
schedule
3) When the zoom meeting takes place, students must wear their respective daily uniform.
4) Students are required to turn on the camera during the zoom meeting and be adjusted to
the needs of each subject.
5) The students also must fill the attendance list before the test, which will be shared by the
teacher before the test begin.
