First, I would like to extend the greetings of all the members of the Beirut International Awards
Festival (BIAF) big family.

Let me introduce myself, I’m Ali El Safadi, member of the BIAF marketing department. This
year, as you know, we are delighted to host the 10th annual Beirut International Awards Festival
(BIAF) which is scheduled to take place on the 11th and 12th of July, at Nehme Square in the
heart of Beirut.

BIAF is a luxurious red-carpet awards ceremony during which distinguished individuals from
various fields of arts, literature, entertainment, science, politics, business, sports, humanitarian
and public services are selected to receive an award in recognition of their achievements.

The goal of the festival is not only to honor these individuals but also to shed light on the work
they do, because through their extraordinary talent and passion, these prominent figures from
around the world have been able to make a positive and lasting impact on our lives.
