JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

We, NANCY SAMBILAY y ORONCE, EDITHA SANTOS y

MATA, PEDRO SUNGA JR. y LUBAO and MA. CARLA
MENDOZA y IRABAGON, all Filipinos, all of legal ages, and all
residents of San Miguel, Calumpit, Bulacan, after having been sworn
in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. We are the private complainants in the above-entitled cases.

2. On 17 June 2020, we filed a complaint for SLIGHT

PHYSICAL INJURIES against the accused GIL PATRICK MOJICA
y MALLARI at the Municipal Trial Court of Calumpit, Province of
Bulacan.

3. After the filing of the case, we were convinced and agreed

that the incident on 17 June 2020, subject of the criminal case, arose
from a misunderstanding between the parties.

4. After a careful review of the facts, we acknowledge that GIL

PATRICK MOJICA y MALLARI has not committed any criminal
act against us or to any person that may give rise to a cause of
action or claim against him of whatever nature.
 5. Should we have any claim or cause of action against GIL
PATRICK MOJICA y MALLARI arising from the said incident, we
hereby completely waive such claim or cause of action and hold
him free and harmless from any such claim or cause of action.

6. In view of the foregoing, we hereby undertake not to

institute or file any case or complaint of whatever nature (whether
civil, criminal or otherwise) against GIL PATRICK MOJICA y
MALLARI in relation to the above-mentioned incident.

7. We are now desisting from further prosecuting our

complaint in the above-entitled case against accused GIL PATRICK
MOJICA y MALLARI, and respectfully request this Honorable
Court to accordingly dismiss the above-mentioned case.
