JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2) DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, HERMINIA B. SAGUN and FELICITAS A. MERCADO, both of legal

age, Filipinos and residents of Frances, Calumpit, Bulacan, under oath, depose
and say:

1. That we personally know ANTONIO CATANGHAL

YAMBAO of Frances, Calumpit, Bulacan, who was born on October
11, 1950, in Calumpit, Bulacan;

2. That in the records with the Social Security System, his

date of birth was only listed thereon as August 11, 1950 when in
truth and in fact, it should have been October 11, 1950 his true
and correct date of birth (copy of the Certificate of Birth is hereto
attached as Annex “A” and shall form an integral part hereof) ;

3. That we know these facts because we are his immediate

friends and neighbors in the locality mentioned;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of

the foregoing and for other legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed our names on this
