Pre-Lesson Activity

On your activity notebook, try to exemplify or illustrate what happens in

communication. Explain your illustration briefly afterwards.

In communication it is hard to determine where or with whom will start and

how it ends. We need communication in our daily life because it is our way to understand the
person, it is our way to communicate to someone and express our emotions towards them.
Communication is a key for making things easier and we are not the only one that have a
communication, our animals they have also. They don’t speak or without saying a word they
can express what they’ve feeling. It is also a process of creating ideas or sharing informations
and feelings towards to that person. Each one of us have a ability to communicate like baby
they can’t say a word but they’re trying to express their feelings by crying and there’s a
people who can’t speak but they express themselves by hand gestures. We don’t need to
communicate if you don’t want to or you can’t communicate them because of you’ve been
thinking, it’s hard to communicate on other people because there’s some people who has a
social anxiety but if the day came that you can meet the people who had it try to understand
them more and help them to break those walls they had.

Post-Lesson Activity
Write a situation that shows communication process in one paragraph. Once you are
done, indicate who is the sender and receiver, what is the message, the channel used,
the context and the possible noise that communicators may encounter.

Situation: Going to the mall with friends

I message each one of them using my phone because we’re hanging out and I planned
that we can meet at Mcdonald’s exactly 10 am. They have all answered except of one
of our friend so I try to contact her several times but she didn’t respond at all. We
dropped by on their house to check her situation and now we understand she didn’t
receive my message because of the signal on their community is poor.
