Time is limited po. No matter how you slice it, there are only 24 hours in a day kaya our day po is just
like everyone else and sa article po na ito it can help us para malaman natin yung importance ng time
management when it comes to setting your goals and your purpose in life kasi po If you're not
managing your time well, there's no way you're going to reach your goals and the life outside of it.

Why is it significant to the study?

When you learn to take control of your time, you improve your ability to focus hindi lang po para ma
lessen po yung procrastination natin sa araw araw. Yung goal po ng time management is para
mareduce po yung stress at maiwasan isipin na kailangan kong gawin ito and yung mga bagay na
ganito kaya the most efficient way to live reasonably is to make a plan one’s a day po para malaman
mo kung ano yung mga dapat mong gawin sa araw na ito.
