 All the sentences above are in the simple present, and you have to transform them into

their negative and interrogative form, in the simple past as well:

1. Simple present: You play tennis.

Negative: You don’t play tennis.

Interrogative: Do you play tennis?

Simple past: You played tennis.

Negative: You didn’t play tennis.

Interrogative: Did you play tennis?

2. Simple present: We eat pizza.

Negative: We don’t eat pizza.

Interrogative: Do we eat pizza?

Simple past: We ate pizza.
