• Do not store flammable or combustible
objects/substances in or near your apartment.

Safety Energy Conservation Tips

• We do not guarantee safety but strongly
recommend that you always keep your vehicle
and apartment locked and valuables out of
sight.
• To help conserve energy, we recommend that
you set your AC on 78 during the summer and
your heater on 68 during the winter.
• Remember to turn off lights, TVs, etc., when you
are not home.

• It is important to maintain good housekeeping

Garbage Disposal
• Do not put grease, bones, coffee grounds, or
any other non-food substances in the garbage
